TBV 2008 REGISTRATION CLOSES ON WEDNESDAY 19TH MARCH 2008

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE DEADLINE FOR US CITIZENS TO REGISTER FOR TBV 2008 IN ATLANTA IS WEDNESDAY 2nd APRIL 2008 - It will not be possible for US Citizens to register for the meeting after that date.

TBV 2008, the follow-up to the successful TBV 2003 and TBV 2006 meetings, will focus attention on ‘Vaccine Issues’ in relation to TB worldwide. TB vaccines is a developing area of activity and TBV 2008 will once again allow researchers to come together to discuss the latest findings and trends associated with the research and development of TB vaccines – science, policy, strategy, delivery, economics. The TBV 2008 Scientific Advisory Panel invite the submission of late abstracts for consideration for inclusion in the TBV 2008 poster program.


Urgent and important notice for prospective TBV 2008 delegates

Please note that delegates who wish to attend the sessions at TBV 2008 at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in Atlanta in April must complete the ACCESS FORM available here. This form must be fully completed and submitted to the conference organisers with your completed Delegate Registration Form. This form must be submitted at the same time as your registration documentation. If this form is not completed and submitted to the conference organisers for processing then access to the CDC site in Atlanta will be denied.

DELEGATES CANNOT BE REGISTERED WITHOUT FULLY COMPLETED DELEGATE REGISTRATION FORMS AND CDC ACCESS FORMS WHICH MUST BE SUBMITTED TOGETHER TO THE CONFERENCE MANAGER.

Please also note that the registration for TBV 2008 will formally close on WEDNESDAY 19th March 2008.

Under no circumstances will it be possible to register for TBV 2008 after that date.
